Windows 7 Stuck on Starting Windows

After a long time, I ran into a situation which really confused me. I am using Windows 7 Home Premium on my Dell laptop. Today when i started my laptop, it stuck on "Starting Windows" screen, tried following things

DID NOT WORK:
- Repair
- Safe Mode (also got stuck in safe mode)

then I tried (WORKED)

- Start windows :Using Last Known Good Configuration
It did start but the real problem was a unknown file "winlogon" (I know looks like system file), which was in my local TEMP folder. So following are steps to get rid of this file:

- Click Start > Run
- type "MSCONFIG" and click OK
- Select "StartUP" tab from top
- Look for "winlogon" file with unknown publisher and location --- C:\Users\\AppData\Local\temp
- Uncheck this file and delete from Temp folder
- Restart your system and you good to go.
- DONE!

How to Recover Deleted Blog on Blogger.com

I had this situation, I deleted my blog accidentally. I went through Google groups and found the following solution:

Step1 : Login to your blogger account.
Step2 : Check right below your list of blogs. There will be a link "Show all". It will show you blogs that you have deleted in last 90 days.
Step3 : Click on "Undelete it" to get back your blog.

Or you can copy your posts from Google cached pages for your blog. To check cached page type following syntax in Google search bar.

"site:http://yourblog.blogger.com"
